Return & Refund Policy

1. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Hygiene Policy)
We are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind. However, for unopened products, we may offer a return within 14 days.

Hygiene Restriction: Due to health and safety regulations, products that are unsealed or opened cannot be returned for a change of mind. We only accept returns where the original protective seal and packaging remain completely intact.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return for a faulty product or an unopened change-of-mind item, please contact us via our website. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Australian facility.
